Scope

This specification defines optical, mechanical, environmental, dimensional, and connector requirements for 1–4 core fiber optic cable assemblies for indoor FTTR applications, using small‑diameter optical cable or micro‑blown cable with air‑blow LC connectors and standard LC connectors.

1. General Description

1–4 core FTTR cable assemblies are pre‑terminated patch cords/pigtails using small‑diameter indoor optical cable or blown micro‑cable. One end uses an air‑blow LC connector; the opposite end uses a standard LC connector. Designed for blowing installation into micro‑ducts for indoor optical LAN deployment.
