12-core MTP (male) to LC fan-out patch cord (0.9mm, 0.30m) is pre-terminated with MTP multi-fiber connector and LC single-fiber connector. It is optimized for 10/40/100G high-density data center applications, supporting 40G LR4 PSM, 40GBASE-SR4, 40G QSFP+ PLR4 and fiber channel connections.
