This specification defines the optical, mechanical, environmental, and geometrical performance requirements for 12‑fiber OM3 armored MTP/MPO trunk cables with 3.0 mm outer diameter, intended for high‑density data center backbones, 40G/100G transmission, and harsh environment cabling.

Supports 40G/100G parallel optics.
