47U ODF PPF Rack
Robust Construction: Adopts a durable steel structure, ensuring long-term reliability and stability in various operating environments.
Open Frame Design: Facilitates fast and easy access to internal components, simplifying installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for mounting both Splitter Panels and Feeder Panels, offering flexibility in network configuration.
Adjustable Vertical Rails: Vertical rails can be adjusted to accommodate different panel types, enhancing the rack's adaptability to diverse equipment requirements.
Clear Identification System: Numbered, lettered, and color-coded identification strips on vertical rails, 19” mounting rails, and cable routing mandrels enable precise and organized placement of hardware and accessories. Cable connections of four height units can be guided through two cable routing mandrels with matching color, number, and letter markings.
Flexible 19” Rails: 19” mounting rails are installed on both the left and right sides, with a 465mm pitch between fixings. These rails can be adjusted forwards and backwards in 25mm increments, providing optimal positioning for equipment.
High Loading Capacity: Boasts a loading capacity of approximately 180 kg per ODF and PPF (Patch Panel Frame), supporting heavy-duty equipment deployment.
Ample Fixing Positions: Offers 47U fixing positions per 2200mm rack, maximizing space utilization for high-density panel installation.
Integrated Cable Management: Optional integrated cable overlength management functionality, combined with flexible cable routing mandrels (with a minimum bend radius of 30mm), supports diverse cable routing paths and ensures proper cable handling to prevent signal degradation.
Reliable Earthing: Equipped with three earthing points (one per frame), ensuring safe dissipation of static electricity and protecting equipment from electrical surges.
Multiple Mounting Options: Can be mounted on the floor, wall, in back-to-back configurations, or side-by-side, adapting to different installation site constraints and space requirements.
Compliant Environmental Performance: Meets the environmental conditions specified in ETS 300 019-1-3 class 3.1, ensuring stable operation in a wide range of temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions.

Product Description
The Optical Distribution Frame (ODF) is a purpose-built rack engineered to house high-density Feeder Panels and Splitter Panels, specifically designed for deployment in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) PON (Passive Optical Network) networks. It can be configured as a standalone solution or a "side-by-side" system with integrated cable management at the center, facilitating efficient fiber optic connectivity and management. The ODF serves as a critical interface, enabling seamless connections between transmission equipment, splitter panels, and the outside-plant network via feeder cables. It supports the integration of splitters (typically with 1:4 or 1:8 splitting ratios) for the initial level of network aggregation.
