Product Description

1. Product Overview

This product is a pre-connectorized simplex FTTH drop patch cord, equipped with bullet-style SC/APC connectors and high-tensile G657A2 optical fiber with LSZH outer jacket. The bullet connector can pass through conduits with an inner diameter greater than 6mm. It serves as the final connection segment in FTTH network systems, widely deployed between fiber access points, distribution boxes, wall outlet plates and ONU/ONT devices. Featuring convenient fiber access and simple on-site installation, the cable can be directly routed and connected to indoor terminal rooms for FTTX network construction.

5. Structure of Bullet SC/APC Connector

Main components: Bullet SC connector cap, ferrule cap, housing body, ferrule, spring, stop ring, crimp ring, rubber boot.

6. Application & Installation Requirements

6.1 Applicable Environment

Suitable for conduits with inner diameter greater than 6.5mm and bending radius R95mm.

Mainly used for wall concealed pipe routing, indoor wiring and FTTH terminal connection.

6.2 Pipe Pulling Method

1. Thread 1mm steel wire through the round hole of the connector cap crimp ring.

2. Sleeve the crimp ring onto the steel wire and overlap properly.

3. Use pliers to crimp the ring tightly to fix the steel wire.

4. Pull the steel wire to guide the entire connector through the wall concealed pipe to the target position.

6.3 On-Site Assembly Steps

1. Rotate the metal cap counterclockwise and remove it.

2. Align the red mark on the stop ring, install the inner frame with the inner structure facing upward.

3. Align the key position of the outer housing with the red mark and complete assembly.
