III. Manufacturing and Quality Control
1. Material Requirements: All structural parts and electronic components must meet RoHS environmental protection standards, with qualified certificates for raw materials
2. Production Process:
• Metal processing: Precision stamping and bending, dimensional tolerance ≤ ±0.5mm
• Surface treatment: Electrostatic spraying film thickness 60μm ~ 80μm, uniform color, no bubbles, scratches or peeling
• Assembly process: Strictly follow assembly drawings, with torque control for fasteners (torque value 3.5N·m ~ 5N·m)
3. Quality Inspection:
• Incoming inspection: 100% inspection of raw materials and components, eliminating unqualified products
• Process inspection: Key process inspection points are set up, with sampling inspection ratio not less than 30%
• Final inspection: Each finished product undergoes appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, electrical performance test and environmental adaptability test, with qualified rate 100% before leaving the factory
IV. Packaging and Transportation
1. Packaging: Use corrugated carton with EPE foam lining, ensuring that the product is not damaged during transportation; each package is labeled with product name, part number, model, quantity, weight and transportation precautions
2. Transportation: Suitable for road, railway and air transportation; avoid severe vibration, impact and exposure to sunlight and rain during transportation
3. Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated and clean warehouse, away from corrosive gases, flammable and explosive materials, with stacking height not exceeding 5 layers
V. Warranty Period
Provide a 2-year warranty period from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, free repair or replacement of defective products caused by manufacturing quality will be provided (excluding damage caused by improper use, human factors or natural disasters).
