Product Description

1. Product Overview

This is a pre-connectorized FTTH patch cord assembly equipped with Bullet SC APC connector and Mini SC APC waterproof connector, matched with G657A2 aerial self-supporting 2×5.2mm LSZH FTTH drop cable.

The Bullet SC APC connector can be pulled through pipelines with an inner diameter greater than 6mm. It serves as the terminal cable for FTTH projects, deployed between FAP box, FTB, FDB, wall outlet and ONU/ONT devices. Featuring convenient fiber access and simple installation, the cable can be directly connected to indoor terminals.

5. Aerial Self-supporting FTTH Drop Cable (2×5.2mm)

5.1 Cable Structure

Adopts figure-8 flat structure with optical fiber unit at the center. It is equipped with one stranded steel messenger wire and two parallel GFRP strength members on both sides, and covered with LSZH outer sheath. The cable features wide bandwidth, strong anti-interference, small outer diameter, waterproof performance, soft texture and excellent bending property for easy laying and maintenance.

7. Installation Instructions for Bullet SC APC Connector

7.1 Pipeline Passing Application

Applicable pipeline: Inner diameter 6.5mm, Bending radius R95mm

1. Thread 1mm steel wire through the round hole of connector cap crimp ring and pass the steel wire through the pipeline.

2. Sleeve the crimp ring onto the overlapping part of steel wire.

3. Use pliers to crimp the ring tightly to prevent the steel wire from loosening.

4. Pull the connector through the wall hidden pipeline to the designated position via steel wire.

7.2 On-site Assembly Steps

1. Rotate the metal cap counterclockwise and remove it.

2. Align the red mark on the stopper, install the inner frame upward.

3. Align the positioning key of outer housing with the red mark and complete assembly.
