Product Description

1. Product Overview

This field installable fast connector is specially designed for FTTH on-site wiring projects. It adopts mechanical splicing structure without epoxy injection and factory pre-polished ferrule, supporting fiber termination within 2 minutes on site. No fusion splicer or professional polishing equipment is required; only simple fiber preparation tools are needed, which effectively reduces construction time and overall engineering cost.

The connector applies plastic V-groove precision mechanical alignment technology, realizing stable optical core docking without extra adhesive. It can be assembled independently in harsh construction environments such as utility poles and underground manholes, lowering fiber connection failure rate caused by field operation errors.

This series covers SC, LC, FC connector types, compatible with 250μm–900μm tight buffer fiber, 2.0mm & 3.0mm simplex fiber, single-mode and multi-mode fiber (62.5/125μm, 50/125μm). Single-mode versions support UPC and APC zirconia ferrules.

4. Assembly Requirement

Only standard fiber processing tools are required for installation: fiber stripper, alcohol wipes, fiber cleaver. No power supply needed.
Operation steps: Strip fiber buffer coating → Clean bare fiber → Cleave fiber flatly → Insert fiber into connector → Lock and fix cable with screw seal. The whole termination process takes only several minutes.
